Buying at the end of the development

When buying at the end of the development make sure you assess why the units haven’t yet sold – is it because of the location, the size of the rooms, the price? Make sure you know exactly what you are getting, and why others weren't so keen to reserve this unit. However, this could be a good time to get a bargain and you may have some negotiating power at this stage. If you do your homework and make sure you will either be happy living there, or others would be happy renting it from you, then it could be a good buy.
