These tend to built from the 1950s and although aren’t particularly attractive, they are not converted from larger spaces and so contain better designed living areas. They are cheaper than mansion blocks, with lower maintenance charges and include a lift. Depending on the property, disadvantages can include thin walls, low ceilings and metal windows. However, they tend to be popular with tenants provided it is in the right location.
