IAP Global is a new organization formed to assist customers on the “exchange and completion” process of existing property investments. It is the aim of IAP Global to continue to offer, as closely as we are able, the services and opportunities that were previously offered with minimal interruption and disruption. Our aim is also to continue to support customers with future inspirational events which will provide people with unique investment opportunities and advice.

IAP Global came about because Jim Moore intervened financially when Instant Access Properties (the UK’s largest residential property investment services company) went into Administration on the 19th September due to the turmoil affecting the global financial markets. Since launch Instant Access Properties has facilitated purchases of more than £2.3 billon of residential property in the UK, Spain, Cyprus, Turkey, Portugal, Brazil, Caribbean, Thailand and Florida and has helped to create over 200 property millionaires.
